ABSOLUTELY no expys!

If you don't know what an Expy is, it's short for exported character. If your character is a carbon copy of something out of a movie, book, or any sort of media source, it will not be accepted, even as an omega, and any posts by that character will be ignored until deleted. This includes minor changes, like spelling a name slightly different, and genderbends, and applies to stealing another member's character. Characters belonging to you exported from other RPs are permitted, though if another member claims you stole their character and can prove it, your IP adress will be banned from the forum.

No God-mode characters!

Unless you're one of the lovely admins, you cannot have an undefeatable character. For example: Xosis cannot be defeated in a scrabble for Alpha female position, nor can Silverknives for Beta male. Whether or not this extends to their mates is yet to be determined. Anyone else CAN be defeated in battle (more on battle later)
Also, all Admins have the ability to immediately kill your character, effectively ending your permission to RP. This would affect your character's right to be on the forum, but not yours.

No random characters!

We are a Gray wolf pack. Therefore, if you are a coyote, a fox, a dog, something else entirely, or any mix of the above, you do not belong here.

EDIT: If you are temporarily one of these as a background character (like prey) you are fine.

Relationships

Some characters may be related to others. You must clear with the owner of the other character before claiming relation. You may not use this to claim a mate. Mating has its own set of rules. This only applies to blood relations (father, mother, sister, brother, etc. & etc.)

Fantastic Characters

NO
You do NOT have wings, scales, retractable talons, spikes, giant fangs, horns, blue/green/purple/pink/no fur, or red/purple/x-ray/multifaceted/extra eyes. You cannot fly, you do not have ghastly scars that SHOULD have killed you (but miraculously didn't), and you are not immortal/sent from the heavens to protect wolfkind/granted special powers from being hit by lightning under the full moon. You are a wolf. A NORMAL, (generally)happy timber wolf.
In other words, please follow the laws of nature. Don't be a giant (you are NOT taller than a basketball player), don't be a pygmy (or the size of a housecat), don't be special needs, don't have random horrible diseases, malnutrition, or unrealistic measurements. Since we are a wild pack, also please make sure your vital limbs and organs are all in working order (eyes/ears are optional, but please have at least one of each)

Note: yes, I HAVE in fact seen all of these. Usually several of the at the same time where present at all. It's fine if the pack allows it, but we don't.
